At SCULPT.D ACTIVE, we want you to feel incredible in your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS (14 DAYS)

We accept change-of-mind returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible, items must be:


    Unworn and unwashed
    In original condition
    Free from marks, makeup, deodorant, or fragrance

Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns.

Sale items or items purchased during promotional events are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

 

FAULTY ITEMS (AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW)

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.


If you believe your item is faulty:


    Email us at sculptdactive@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.
    We will assess the issue in line with ACL requirements.

Faulty items will not incur return shipping costs.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and reorder.

    Item(s) you wish to return
    Reason for return

You will receive instructions within 24–48 hours.

 

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN LAW

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
