Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with SCULPT.D ACTIVE. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the details below regarding our shipping processes within Australia and internationally.

 

1. Processing Times

 

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).


During launch periods, sales, or restocks, processing times may extend slightly due to high order volumes.


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

 

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted courier partners.


Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

(Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary based on location.)


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

 

3. International Shipping

 

International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.


Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days.


Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local government.

 

4. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s progress.


Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

 

5. Pre-Orders / Backorders

 

If you purchase a pre-order item, shipping dates will be shown on the product page.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be held until all items are ready to dispatch unless stated otherwise.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.

SCULPT.D ACTIVE is not responsible for:


    Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
    Lost parcels due to incorrect addresses
    Re-delivery fees charged by carriers

 

If your order has not shipped yet and you need to update your address, please email us immediately at sculptdactive@gmail.com.

 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Parcels

 

Once your parcel is handed to the courier, delivery delays are outside our control.


If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, we will assist you in lodging an investigation with the postal carrier.


Please note:


    We are not responsible for stolen parcels marked as “Delivered”.
    Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.


8. Damaged During Transit

 

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:


    Your order number
    Photos of the packaging and damaged item

 

We will assess the claim and assist in resolving it as quickly as possible.

 

9. Authority to Leave

Some couriers may leave parcels in a safe location if no one is home.

If you prefer parcels not be left unattended, please specify this in your checkout notes where possible.

 

10. Returns Shipping

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law, return shipping will be covered by us.
